I like M words, like music, movement or massive. And Meneo from Barcelona is first of all an M word and secondly inherits more or less all of the stated connotations. Meneo does music (8bit), movements (gets kicked out of shows for moving his naked ass) and is (because of the first two connotations) massive.

Ok, I’m overdrawing it a bit, but it sounds more fun to put it that way and fun is what Meneo really is. Freaking out in public seems to become more popular (check my Frikstailers post) and Meneo just gives the name freak a new meaning.

When I saw Rigo Pex /Meneo first in an art boat in Barcelona port some years ago, I remember him playing crazy electronic music on a gameboy in a silver dress and afterwards getting half naked, waving around his blank butt. Lateron I read somewhere he got kicked out of shows for running around completely naked. Now singer / showgameboy Rigo Pex and VJ Entter are back with a new single  “La Regla” soon to be released on ZZK Records, the album Santa Nalga from last year and I guess all other sorts of things to come.
