This is the blog of DJ Mohak, also known as Miss Blitz. I´ve been around a few countries the past years (5 in Barcelona, 1 in Vienna, 2 in Brussels) and am now back in Berlin. I have a background in global sounds, fusion, migration and street art, ran a magazine called Voice of Culture for 4 years in which I wrote about the Spanish and global music scene. Resulted in a few collaborations in other German magazines, radios and blogs. Started DJing a few years ago and transformed my global beat mix into something between heavy bass, techno, electronica, mambo, balkan and generally groovy organic sounds. I´ve graced a bunch of countries/cities/festivals from Hungary, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, UK to New York.

I do mashups and occasional remixes too and run a record label called IF THE KIDS Records now. You kind also find my paintings in some places once in a while.
