Sa Bat Machines from Paris kept ringing a bell, but obviously I never really listened to them before. One of the names you know, but you don´t really know what they do, until you find them all of a sudden and then find them extremely good. However, as soundcloud lets you know what other people listen to, I came across Sa Bat Machines a few days ago and really wondered why I didn´t listen to them before! Dark heavy bass dubstep but at the same time very melodical and beautiful, depending on which tracks you are listenting to.

There´s two London underground tribes that go to war on the 22nd of May. Deptford vs Dalston. Compatriots are Sunship, Mosca, Tek-One, DJ Narrows, Hot Pink Delorean and lots of other tribal warriors, including me. I´m really looking forward to this! Battleground is Corsica Studios, a venue which was elected Britain´s best small club.

Here goes a little teaser for the party. Not as heavy as the last one, but quite mixed and I shook off the dust from my JUF track, which I did last year!

Two Tribes Go To War: Bones Mix

Just found this on the amazing label site from High Definition out of Romania. I mean HD is amazing, because they supply me with Eastern Europan extraordinary music with mucho bass! And they have a blog with interesting music, we usually wouldn´t come across, especially supporting their scene in Romania.

“April Fools Day or not we ain’t kiddin’! This month HD Music features the talent of LMK (Galati, Romania) and his trademark grimey – techy take on dubstep. Showcasing tunes from his new EP which is ready to drop in mid April and a healthy slab of own productions and remixes – we’re predicting a bright future for this young lad if he keeps it up.

He started to make music around 2006 under the guidance of his older brother who’s a renowned prog house producer with many international releases. In the beginning he experimented with different tempos and styles, from prog house to drumandbass and managed to gradually define his trademark sound which is a grimey cross between dubstep and techno. In 2009 HD Music released Blaze A Lot an EP co-produced with old time friend and crew member Pake.
